The question is however, how many more toxic notes are left to be converted? Are we looking at 500 million or two billion shares? Also, most penny stocks don't have someone of Joe's stature involved so it's strange that he would get involved with a dilution machine.Especially since he could just write a check instead.

Good point.

But, as it now is becoming clear that it will be months before the product is released, it is logical to assume that there new toxic notes will be written, as they most certainly don't have the funds needed going forward.

Yesterday's news, while a start, made it clear that there will be delays, and thus, coupled with ongoing dilution, it's proving to be difficult to get a rally going.
