You know, the simplest reasoning is they had another mini and chutes failed once again.
Now the FAA is really pissed and they have decided "Someone" and when they say someone they mean preferably "Not Them" is going to answer up to this fiasco..

I would actually be surprised if it was any more than this..

But hey, as I am not privy to inside info I could be as wrong as a broke clock..
