I received two insightful private msgs to my question on real event chute failures. Some 37% is known and understood and the industry and supposedly so does the FAA. Which leads me to wonder if that is so how could baltia fail or not pass the mini due to chute failures? The reply would be ALL chutes must deploy to pass. Seems to me to be a quandary, all in a test, and all, some, none in real life. Something else must be going on. with the depressed stock today, someone knows something.
