I recall that Chung stated at the ASHM that the Company would just have to find another way around the shareholders defeating the last compensation and stock option proposal.

It is there sense of entitlement and avoiding the old-fashioned way of "EARNING IT" (remember John Houseman's commercials for Smith Barney?)

I agree, it takes a giant set of cahunees to come back like that .... I'd like to know how people like that think as well. That is what makes me think they would take this down in a heartbeat if they could make a financial gain.
