Youre not telling me anything I dont already know and you continue to miss the point.

The new RegA doesnt afford an easier path to raising capital compared to a public entity. Its cheaper and more flexible etc, granted. However, if the team (as in BH) is unable to raise clean capital as a public entity, RegA isnt going to offer an easier path to raise it with the minuscule exception he can raise a few thousand bucks more via advertising. A non event for a company like Livewire!
