Well, the thing is that if it goes lower, the ISO's lose value. That is, the strike/exercise price, as I recall, is .13. They're out of the money if it goes below .13 and those will remain unexercised, unless they're expecting an upward tick, but that's a gamble. They're not free shares, of course. Still rather see them set a much higher strike price.
