If I was employed by NTEK I would refuse
The shares and demand cash. I would also be looking
For another Job.. NTEK has a long road ahead
To boost investor confidence.
#1 get the Audits done I have been in over 2 yrs
of being told audits are comming.
# 2 Give us the HVEL shares promised even if they aren't
worth diddly squat.
#3 start making good on all your promises. We have been
let down just one to many times.
#4 quit diluting. It really did look like they were trying
To hide the AS increase. Why say no plans for
increaseing AS and short time there after raise it?
Why should we believe them now about not doing a reverse split
because they obviously have no trouble lying.
#5 quit wth the lies and the half truths.
#6 Make us believe in NTEk and HVEL

YOU NANOTECH, have to realize opportunities to help shareholders via share reduction. This must be done to bring investors back. Not sure why this is so hard to understand. Also, the employee stock program needs to be thrown out the window, enough is enough already.

That was what, a billion more shares ago? All of them going to David Foley directly under his employee stock program?

People were trying to warn about this back then if I recall...
