Nanobeak Inc doesn't exist if

the claims that JB abandoned the company and

then created an LLC company under the same name are true.

At least a company that was relevant during the

MSGI-subsidiary time period.

Same name, different companies, or you believe

otherwise? The effort to separate MSGI

from Nanobeak, the holding company that was

built as MSGI's subsidiary, seems evident

here.
