I hope they have evidence they can use. If they were given bad information by an employee, I would expect a lawsuit and let the shareholders be a party to it.

Mark is either:

(A) lying about what FINRA said

or

(B) completely misunderstood what FINRA said.

FINRA would never, EVER, make such a commitment. They have no power to make one prior to actually reviewing the Form 10.

...and it is so convenient that the supposed "recording" can't be "released". LOL.

Frankly...that statement by Mark is about as much an indication that this isn't coming back.

And six months from now it will be the same state of affairs...as it has been from the beginning.
