You keep pointing out that they dont have any money but im curious on how you know that or know what the structure of any of thier business deals are? Isn't this just your opinion and not based in any facts?
It stated cash or restricted shares. That usually means that the company will issue out restricted shares when that option is available. Plus the shares are restricted, so the recipient will have to keep them for a certain period of time.
