$WDRP is going to acquire a minority (49.9%) stake in Titan Distributing. This is a turn key operation. Why would $WDRP need to provide trucks to an operation that already has trucks? Think of them as a silent investor. They won't have to run the business. They won't have to make changes or handle logistics. All of that is set up. Instead, all $WDRP has to do is sit back and watch and silently collect profits.
