kipp440. I knew the emphasis was going to be on royalties because the guy that invented the water chemistry just left the company. I would think they would get some compensation for the money that went into the Jt venture, unless it doesn't work and that's why they made a left turn to royalties.

Remember my comment about low overhead. In that situation, it is likely that Kucher IS the company. Now that they have the initial portfolio, they may not need a full time geologist, unless they plan to buy more royalty interests. They just need Kucher and someone to handle IR. I assume they have to check the books of the mines that are operating to make sure they are getting a fair share of the output.

My main attraction was the royalties. So many of the junior miners are just PR machines. Even the ones that have some production usually lose money. I am not sure bgmx.ob will be profitable from the first qtrly report with the royalties but they should be after the second and after the staffing is reduced if they are abandoning the water chemistry.

I also like the sizeable minority position of IAMGOLD. That is a sizeable partner that could possibly help them in the future. Bobwins
