Yes, this is good news. The proposal is for a fast one color high res display, a big "ice cube" of the pertinent data, which is useful to commanders, tacticians and trainers in many ways. 3DICON's CSpace has been given the go-ahead, it's getting a thumbs-up from the military to be looked at and developed for potential future integration into battlefield management, training, surveillance, and intelligence operations.
