Buzz, I vote A. I saw somewhere that Fizzle has taken crusader type cases in the past. I think he really believes the NSS crap, as naive as that is. It's a good example of the blind leading the blind.

Obviously, he should have pulled out after "Phase I" and recommended that shareholders sue all the insiders.
