Again my answer is nothing!

I think the question you are trying to ask is: (What does the value of assets have to do with the PPS?) in which case you would be setting me up to state that the company had no known assets of real value. Am I correct?
I believe I answered the operations part already.

As far as the market that a stock is traded in I don't understand what that would have to do with either question, no matter how you worded them.
