Good question, and one that's never been answered. It isn't in Entourage's best interests do turn a rather large chunk of stock over to Urbie in exchange for nothing whatsoever.

Got me, stockhound. The claims had reverted to Koch, who for reasons unknown gave them up at no cost. I suspect the RICO investigation has people doing irrational things.
