they can haggle over past use of 1 or 2 patents…. but IMO… it's more important to have go-forward visibility which will create momentum for others for long term relationships and results.
Harry is long gone…even though I know some are addicted to litigation slot machines… it's time to be forward thinking business people in a bit of a different world
