Really now? Please explain to me how the defendant in a trial is awarded a judgment against the plaintiff? Remember, this is the U.S. judicial system we're talking about, not some Third World corrupt dictatorship.

I think IFUS doing very well with the lawsuit, and I think Steve, the ex director of IFUS-SE, the thief of Bagasse and Nutrimastic is in serious financial trouble now, and rapidly losing on all fronts.

I expect IFUS to win the case, win treble damages plus the get the loan canceled as damages, plus end up owning Abzorbezz and Energy Supreme, and many other Steve Adelstein assets if there are any left to seize once we have a court judgement
