I'm glad Dell is nearly gone. For many years the previous management sat on Dell revenues, neglecting to face the challenges associated with building the enterprise business. It begins with having the appropriate upper management and a competent sales force held accountable to goals. Products also have to be made deployment-friendly to both SMB and large enterprise.

Large enterprise sales are required plus growth in SMB.
