With out the RS it is not very likely this stock would have ever reached even $2,00. It would have probably bounced around in the mid teens for ever. there was to much working against it. This deal benefits those who own a lot of shares and hold them for a long time.

Love it! Wish I lived the life where $123,333 profit was a bad thing. But then again what other problems would I have? Probably could not change my own oil. Profit is still Profit last time I checked. Enjoyed your sarcasm!
