The genius's non payment of his business license in Nevada, and his "active-non compliance" status in Georgia obviates the need for elliptical rhetoric and circular reasoning. The licenses are in default as a matter of public record. EOM

$ECDC BX3, Since Kay is bluntly refusing to answer phone calls or reply emails of shareholders, I think it is best to call SEC only to understand what exactly is right or wrong with the company operating with pending license renewal. May be SEC can also advice on DTC chill etc. I think if company is trying to scam let SEC take care of it now. At least I am perfectly OK with that.
