Saw that CLB issued an 8-K and figured it related to 1Q15 under-performance; turns out it was just a disclosure for the regular dividend payment:

I should have realized the insider buys three weeks ago (#msg-111982700) rule out a really bad quarter.

CLB—Two Form-4 filings just hit the wire and I was hoping they were insider buys. Alas, the filings merely signify the vesting of a small number of restricted shares.

CLB insiders have bought shares during the current downturn (#msg-111982700), but that was more than 6 months ago. Now would be a good time for insiders to step up again.
