And the unfortunate part is, it will be there for a very, very long time! Without news, the only thing this MASSIVE increase in A/S is for dilutionnnnnnnnnnnnnn and then a R/S! This woman is out of control! She has lost all credibility on the street!

People have said this move was for a Poison Pill and that is so much farther from the truth and here is why. Because there was 950 Million authorized and if someone was trying to take over the company by accumulating shares, then even if they owned all 950 million, which we know can't happen, all they had to do was to go to 2 billion to take the opportunity for anyone to take over the company mute! But nope! They went 5X's that to 10 BILLION! This CEO has lost all credibility to run a company and if anyone says difference then they are living in fantasy land!
