"surfacing new evidence". I think the evidence is already out there. It's all in the filings. The parties even took the the time to highlight the charges and defenses or denials in their filings with a can of black spray paint. Well, actually I doubt a can would do it.

If some one really found pay dirt get it in the hands of people who maybe can still make a difference somehow - JUST posting here does nothing but inform others and spark some debate
