as I said before, there a steps being taken here that need to be accomplished before the STATE LICENSE can be completed and then submitted...
what you seem to fail to understand is that these NECESSARY STEPS need to be completed FIRST....(i.e. county permit and also construction)
many MUNICIPALITYS including the STATE as well, like to say things that they will ADMINISTER through APPLICATIONS in a timely MANNER - this is their way of ADVERTISING THEMSELVES as a STATE that you CAN POTENTIALLY MOVE TO , to do business
STATES advertise THEIR service JUST LIKE A BUSINESS because they need to, so they can find people that can bring in the tax dollars
I would like to see the entire ARTICLE that you are quoting this from if you dont mind....
BUT, when the time comes for INCC to get its state license, then we will see how long it will take - from the day that the application goes in to the day of approval - im betting it will not take too terribly long, as long as they have all their ducks in a row....
