#58838 RE: AXE_EVERYTHING #58828

and just like I said in my previous posts, that article that STRING had put up is from DECEMBER 2013 - right around the time that everything was made legal and all the initial applications were pouring into the STATE

here is the link:
http://www.denverpost.com/news/ci_24784227/colorado-issues-first-licenses-recreational-marijuana-businesses

as you can see this ARTICLE is one big ADVERTISEMENT for the CITY of DENVER and the STATE of COLORADO

this is how you get people to leave their states and go do business in your states (afterall isnt that what INCC did, Antonio moved to Colorado) - so as you can see - these ADVERTISEMENTS attract more business people...

either way, this point has NO MERIT in my opinion,
when INCC is ready to have the STATE application submitted, they will get it submitted

this article PARTICULARLY PERTAINS to the fact that the LAW had just become LEGAL and they wanted to be SURE they can handle the ADMINISTRATION of RULING properly(deny or accept) on ALL THESE APPLICATIONS

they specifically mention in here that they did not DECLINE THAT MANY - please read between the lines and UNDERSTAND why they mention this - why do you think?? its because if you were one of the DENIED APPLICATIONS, you first recourse is LAWSUIT - having LITERATURE out there such as this can ULTIMATELY stop the LAWSUITS before they happen ( THAT IS A FACT ! )

look what is happening to FIT* right now, they were strung along for years from their local municipality and now they have a LAWSUIT on their hands that in my opinion, can have a positive OUTCOME for FIT* - the problem is, it may take 2 to 3 years to see any decisions....

everyone SERIOUSLY needs to do their OWN DD and read every word thoroughly - these GENERALIZATION type comments that I see without VERIFIED full facts can paint a different story from the ACTUAL story....

regardless, the next step here is that the COUNTY will need to look through that submitted application and make sure that all the pieces are in that packet - that is what is happening now in my opinion...(that can take 4 to 6 weeks as I mentioned before- so my opinion is to RELAX)

INCC just got into this county after the new year by starting the lease with futureland - all those other applications on the website - they had started their process last year (you can tell by some of the dated material in their application packets) - where INCC just started this process in Huerfano county , only a short 60 days ago.... and when I say started, I mean, looking at the property - is a start....

my opinion is to look at all the timeline of what they have been doing and see that the story is unfolding...I really like the way it is unfolding...that is why I have decided to invest here....I feel if I am invested here before they actually achieve the conclusive items, this can make for a nice increase in the price per share.....

of course, we are in PINK LAND, the riskiest of all penny stocks ( besides the greys and yield sign stocks )

im willing to take that risk...

GLTYA !!!!!!!
