#54 RE: Retire999 #52

Ya no problem,

Keep me up to date with what you find. I have a feeling the fact they recently acquired the company could possible point to the reason behind 2 sites, plus due to the fact the company is US based (originally i think?) and that AXIOM is CA based? i believe. Could be the reason for the more or less duplicated sites? I saw that aswell though.

I just can't get over the fact of the 45~ million give or take $ share retirement. That is insanely big no matter how it pans out. Especially if its a buyback, it sounded like they are converting it to a voting %, but either way its such a large amount of shares in a company that is only showing the 106 outstanding.

I have no real idea how high this can play out to but the way im thinking atleast is

If its a buyback it will be 2.5-3.5 range by the time its "purchased back"

If its not a buyback, its a healthy increase to most likely 2.5~ range

Either way retiring that many shares on such a low share stock in the first place points directly to either a massive pump incoming, or great news incoming.

If the company is legit then the news is most likely going to be further acquisitions, or big news in regards to the packing industry (perhaps a partnership with a shipping company?) i dont really know this is speculation but.

I cannot fathom a company spending this much money on share restructuring if it doesnt have something big planned even if that is just a pump.

But the fact that this is such a unknown company leads me away from the pump thought atleast to myself, (normally if its a pump, you see the shit plastered on every forums and website online) I cant find crap on this aside from what i have dug up and posted thus far.

Heres to hoping!

Currently my target price is 2.5-3 range,

But if i can find anything to help settle my mind i would not be surprised if the rise takes us to 2.5-3.5, and then big news shoots it to 5-6 very fast, considering the shares will be so few.
