Highest volume week was 4/21/14 9.5 million. OS before that was 6,555,627 ( http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1455819/000121390014001019/f10q1213_vapeholdings.htm ). There's your dilution. Run to 40s was absurd + dilution = crash.
