I see a r/s happening in 2016 followed by more shares issued. Those 1 shares trades have been going on since the stock was at .07. Each time brought lower SP. Fact of the matter is this is just a scam to line anges pocket and she will need to do it a few more times before retirement. Honestly one of the worst penny stocks around. From .10 to .0004 and dropping. Now that is hard to do.
