This company doesn't have to do a rs and If they are legit and showing revenues, they can have investors invest in the company to bring up the pps to what's reasonable. Later do a share buyback. But too many companies prefer to hang on to the old way of doing things and making investors pay for their screw ups by doing reverse splits. Reverse splits are supposedly done to improve the pps and it's attractiveness to other investors. But the REAL truth is the background of the company and whether it's got the stuff = Revenues. Cellar locked can be worked out of under the right conditions. GLTA.
