This application process reminds me of my experience in getting a commercial engress/egress off a state highway. The state engineer would give us a checklist of items to complete and when completed I would get the permit. We completed it correctly only to get a new checklist when inspected. Three checklists later it finally got approved. Several thousand dollars in added fees just to satisfy the changing requirements. This is a new industry and each county and the state of Colorado continue to present a moving target.
Always easy to second guess the process that INCC is going through but keep in mind their persistence in moving toward their stated goal of multiple grow houses. One item at a time of verified items of completion will keep me in the game as I understand the great reward that is to come.
