ANT, yes you are correct about the correct box that needs to be checked on the application there, and YES, you can see that on the application that is in the picture (even though it is upside down view)


the reason why that gets me excited - is a really big thing actually

if you look at the application, you will notice another box that could have been checked, but it is not checked (which I am thankful that it is not checked)

that would be the zoning box

when INCC decided to lease the property, they were told it was already zoned properly

when this application gets uploaded, we will have a definite CONFIRMATION that the land is ZONED properly as FWDG promised.....

so yeah, those little things are important to spot - and thus tells me, GREAT THINGS ARE AHEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
