Yeah I agree there wasn't much there to say... and all the filler about metrics, demographics, and the consumer experience and social interaction with brands through mobile... and how Digital Clarity is about analytics and returning value to their clients... blah, blah, blah... was not anything we have not heard now for the last couple years.

That said, I think the most important take-away is that they filed the 10-Q. Even though most of the stuff is just cut & paste from their past reports, the fact that they are still fully reporting and now current is better than most other triple-zeros out there.

This is a good lotto play at this point IMO. There are a ton of new shares in the market now and one thing we all know about the VC's is 'ROI is in their DNA'. Like you said, we've been at 0.0001 for more than 6 months. Now they are current again with filings, and OS is still a little less than half the AS... it seems like if they are going to do anything, they would want to do it fairly soon.

And there is the whole ERBB thing... whatever that is. I think this will eventually move one way or the other. And, if they announce an acquisition this spring/summer... we might get our 10 bagger.

I've largely lost track of this piece of salami (POS), jhn but I kind of thought notorious "CEO" Linda wrote it as she is infamous for using buzz words and stringing together obtuse sentences.

Speaking of 50 cents, jhn, isn't he one of Harvard grad & penny stock disgrace DBMM "CEO" Linda's saviors?
He should change his moniker "no jacksons" now..

50 Cent Files for Bankruptcy

50 Cent has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Monday, July 13, according to the Wall Street Journal.

According to court documents filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy in Hartford Connecticut, Curtis Jackson's "debts are primarily consumer debts." The rapper reported assets and liabilities ranging from $10-$50 million.

The filing comes close to two months after 50 Cent's boxing promotions company, SMS Promotions, filed for "relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy code."

On Friday, July 10, a jury ordered 50 Cent to pay $5 million to Lastonia Leviston who claims the rapper acquired a sex tape she made with her boyfriend at the time, which he used in a 2009 13-minute video featuring him as commentator, Pimpin' Curly, taunting Leviston and Rick Ross. Leviston and Ross have a daughter together.

Representatives for 50 Cent informed Billboard they would share more information momentarily.
