Hawk: Thanks for this QDot from coal post. 1. does this mean that QTMM has exclusive access/use to this new graphene Qdots from coal or can Rice U sell/license this to anyone?

2. What other refinements, if any, would QTMM, have to do to be able to use this 'new' Qdot discovery into manufacturing high quality Qdts.

3.Also what type of a time period are we talking about and how much more economic viability/lower cost and quality would QTMM gain (as compared to current mfgr process) if able to us as per 2 above? Thanks
