A well-composed list of question Hal...wish I was able to respond in-kind but, the only one I would venture to answer is the 1st one. Except as may (or may not) have been pre-arranged between QMC & Rice in relation to specific future QDot developments/patents associated w/ the primary TQD patent , I don't see QMC as having any automatic rights to RiceU innovations, without a separately-negotiated license to go along with those rights.
