And the amount listed in there recent 10k.

What that would be per share based on your original markers...I have no idea?

Some of us are OLD, & haven't got years to wait. I was in original WM when it was $16 made a nice profit & sold. bought back when 23 & 26 cents when it dropped from 70 cents. A lot of people on this board were not around then. I am 81 years old & would rather receive CASH for escrows.

az could it be structured in the same way as say the original P's where
we could recieve dividends?

Could the preferreds ( P & K ) paid in full plus interest, and u receives more stocks from WMIH?
