Seems to me the SA politely left that door for the judge to close as the SA closed all the other doors.

If I was MSFT/NOK, ZTE I would be trying to settle sooner rather than later.

I wasn't pointing you out. I simply say if you or anyone

doesn't believe Nokia has been infringing they should not

own the stock. This upcoming trial if it happens is huge

and can see the stock sky rocket or fall down a fair amount.


I still think a settlement or a buyout happens.
