Jim as DFW already pointed out the no money is a farce. I personally know the guy who started the company Billy Bob Teeth. A novelty item with absolute know money and with very creative marketing is worth millions.
Marketing means you market a scale the starts bringing in revenue. Reinvest that revenue for more marketing. I gave the idea as start like Mac did, in schools. Place a couple DV on some school drivers ed cars. Introduce it to the youth during Earth Day weeks. Let the school save some money and show them how the car emissions have improved. Cost some DV, gets press because everyone loves things that save education money and help the environment. Politicians also love photo ops and show they care about the environment.
This is a snowball effect. You might notice some of the aspect have proven overwhelming successful. Guess who gave free computers and reduced computer to schools when I was a kid. Those kids then grew up and had learned on their computers, thus like them and bought them. Also demanded their parents buy them because they were familiar with them. Kids are a great market driver.
I have a niece who is always telling family member why it is important to save the earth and loves to tell others all the ways how. There is just one and I could go on.
My friend who developed Billy Bob Teeth suggestion was to go after Walmart service station and Jiffy Lubes. Walmart would love to wear good guy badge on money gas saving and eco friendly product. He sold Walmart Billy Bob teeth, why couldn't Serge sell them a emissions gas saving product.
