Who runs Pacific Stock Transfer now? Any ideas?

Dobbins is the clean face of the company. Just like Arne Ray had to step in to cover for the toxic Gary Kimmons.

If you dig a little deeper it looks like Meuse is still in charge.
Kimmons is hiding behind his lawyer and Meuse is using his wife to stay in the game.
