Having said that, how do any of us really know if "whales" have been buying over the last several weeks?? It seems to make sense, but isn't just speculation on our parts??
Volatility has seen an increase in shares traded but I have to believe the float is so small it adds to the movement of the stock. Smart whales will try to cap it by selling some shares and knocking it down to shake the weak holders, but I do not think there are many weak holders.
