correct... and i will only add that whales will pay higher prices... much higher prices as we move up the food chain... but only when they are forced to by the dynamics of the marketplace... as long as there are shares in weak hands which can be spooked and manipulated by shorts and their recently reinvigorated fud campaign... then whales wait patiently for the dump... once the whales are convinced the bottom is in... then they begin to feed higher... this is just the way it works... everyday of churning at this level transitions shares from weaker hands to stronger ones which eventually initiates the next upward swing...
