The name of the entity filing this Form 10-12g Registration Statement is Hannover House, Inc., a Wyoming registered corporation. References to the name Hannover House, Inc. hereunder shall mean the combined entities and operations inclusive of those additional corporations that are wholly owned or effectively controlled by Hannover House, Inc., including but not limited to: Bookworks, Inc. (Arkansas), Truman Press, Inc. (Arkansas), Medallion Releasing, Inc. (Arkansas) and VODWIZ, Inc. (Wyoming). The Registrant, Hannover House, Inc., has been operating continuously since 1993 and has been operating as an unregistered security on the OTC Pinksheets exchange since December, 2009. The Registrant desires to obtain approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission of this Registration filing in order that the Company’s shares can be listed on the OTC Markets QB exchange, as well as to generally comply with the disclosure requirements of the Securities Act of 1934.

Sounds like a personal thing! I had my account, a senior partner from the original Ernst and Ernst look it over here in Dallas and he said it looked perfect! I paid for my CPA, how about yours?

He has given me instructions on how to proceed, from a legal standpoint, against said audit from hhse. Eric and Freddie have some problems looming. I hope to help initiate some of those problems promptly.

If i didn't know and didn't care about HHSE, i wouldn't be bothering much, let alone have my accountant reviewing it and poking holes and then looking to to take legal action. Seems like a lot of work for nothing. JMO


BTW, my accountant looked at it too. He said it was done correctly and HHSE should have a great yr ahead and for yrs to come.

So your saying your Accountant (CPA ??) sees grey areas and poked several holes in the HHSE audit. Interesting that another Accountant would do that without conducting their own Audit. Very professional! It's sort of like seeing a woman for the first time and saying I want to marry her without getting to know her. LOL
