Lot's of grey areas w/this audit, be forewarned in advance, my accountant has already poked several holes in it. He has given me instructions on how to proceed, from a legal standpoint, against said audit from hhse. Eric and Freddie have some problems looming. I hope to help initiate some of those problems promptly.
