IMHO there will be no commencement of production or anything else unless they get all these past screw-ups settled. I don't see the government letting Fifer do shit until the workers get paid back and the gov. gets paid for past due royalties.
God only knows if he actually secured this $25M or if it's all just a bunch of BS. That's anybody's guess.
