My guess is that some folks are selling on the assumption that if ILCO is at the "initial point of negotiations," it will be quite a while before this LOI is the real deal, and in that time the pps will drift (or more likely be pushed) lower.
To me it appears that there is much more buying pressure than selling pressure, but as long as someone sells it seems that mm's can bring the price down if they feel like it. We have all seen it go up on no volume and go the other way on no volume, so we know how this can happen.
I regret that they worded their PR as they did, but I have little power over that.
I believe there is wisdom in the long term accumulation that is definitely going on, and interpret this PR positively, even for all its drawbacks.
