Immunotherapy needs its own criteria for response measurement as it typical enlarges tumors before it collapses it. And won't they be able to use other accepted measurements, such as tumor cells within the tumor itself and disease stabilization?

So, if NWBO isn't seeing any partial responses in the initial results, why would they be planning a phase II?

And wouldn't at least the guy from national geographic have to have been partial response in order for inoperable tumors to become operable and removed?
