aframe: I've read that mergers typically take 3-4 months to complete. My stopwatch started on 3/27 for this. I'm thinking we'll could see the filing we're waiting on by mid to late summer.

HMB: My guess is this summer. But, if not, I think definitely it'll be done before the end of the year.

Reason being is the the KEYO shell's business license expires 12/31/2014.
