It is a Very Fair deal for both buyers and sellers: the scared weak hands and unhappy shareholders would get the 100% safe cash by liquidating their positions v.s. the strong hands and smart new investors would take over those shares at the 141-day MAL (it is also the 50-Day MAL and 20-Day MAL) 0.001!
