I agree. You can't have all this secrecy and then you double your pay and threaten stockholders saying if we don't give them more shares they will delete funds even further for gifts and pay increases.

And why can't they wait until stockholders get a better view of the future. If he needs $1 Million in pay,
he needs to downsize his expenses...Its just pure "in your face" arrogance to double ones pay,
without showing revenues to justify it.
