Big question is if you're Steep Hill Labs and MMJ is forecasted to be legalized everywhere why would they not want to be in every state?

Harris Lee, LLC can only exist if Steep Hill lets it. This isn't a joint venture between the two. One is just allowed to use the "best in practice" protocols of the other. That's like saying one hospital is allowed to use the same methods as the other.

They intentionally word the news like this to sucker you in to buying the stock.
